| I pastor a Full Gospel Church in Karamoja. Uganda. In February 12th the church planned a 6month mission to evangelise villages, we had no idea how to get the funds needed, but when we consulted the church members, bright ideas began to emerge, we began to organise a avery simple fund raising campaign, we thought of fundraising fortnightly, we choose a guest of honor for the day who must move around and solicit as much as he can and the church give more to support what he has given i.e. through free-will giving, we tried it out and i tell you friends,it works! we have been able to collect upto a $200 in one funraising campaighn alone. consider that this is a church of less than a hundred people who are very poor, they walk a distance of 8kms to access church. we plan to start cell churches in the communities where they come from. this will be in May this year. i believe when consultations are made for ideas to turn down the economic drought, we will always succeed.Try this idea friends, it will work. you can call me for further clearance on this. +256775850840 or write to me at isaacnbochan@yahoo.co.uk.
